Great local service as always!

Building Society at Lower Gornal I get a good service from Tracey, she is always very helpful and greets you with a smile

Tracey always gives me that service that a customer would want. She knows her job and is always willing to do more. It is a shame others don’t do the same as they are there to provide a service.
