JISA application

I opened a second JISA for my newborn daughter. Acc opening was quick and easy, staff was friendly and I fully recommend them to anyone. I hadn't brought my passport so the staff member held the account opening process for me so I could pop back and return with it. Amazing service from an amazing company. Reviewed on: 10th June 2021

NEEDS TO INNOVATE

Staff are always very helpful on the telephone etc., but everything would be so much better if savings could be managed on-line Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Once registered you can view your existing accounts, send us secure messages, and apply for our One Year Regular Saver Online. Efficiency and Personal Touch

The Dudley is a very efficient society, and the staff there provide a very friendly and personal touch. I live in the North West of England, and haven’t actually been to a branch. I deal with the Dudley online or via telephone. The customer service provided over the phone is second to none. I’m always made to feel like a very valued customer whenever I call.
