WAS TREPIDATIOUS BUT...

I wasn't sure if I would like a totally virtual / online bank... would the app work ( have had bad experiences with other bank's apps) , would there be a human, a well-informed human, there to help if necessary..... But my experience so far has been fantastic. None of my worries have been realized , and I love the app. I used my card abroad, and the exchange rate was better than the FX company card I have used abroad previously, and it was useable everywhere. The fx card , despite also being Mastercard, was not.... so I was saved from embarrassment on several occasions. Very happy indeed with everything ! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
