Wish I had switched before

I’ve avoided banking apps and didn’t enjoy my previous current account provider’s online system. Couldn’t really switch until I had a secure smartphone but wish I’d done it sooner. The app is smooth, communications clear and helpdesk responsive. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
