Excellent service - easy to set up and use

I was reticent to go "online" to start with because I believe that I would still want the bricks and mortar service offers by a more traditional bank. However, I took the plunge and transferred to Starling. It's excellent. Great service - easy if you need to speak to someone. For example - I wanted to buy a car and make sure I could do the transfer from my account for the right amount of money. I contacted them via the chat in the app and it was all sorted in minutes - no problem. Great service as far as I am concerned. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
