Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

Customer-focused

My old bank - one of the biggest High St “fixtures” - didn’t care about me or its other ordinary customers , and it’s International Trading was anything but ‘ethical’. Starling , established by a (Welsh) woman provides me with a friendly, efficient service, with a very ‘user-friendly Internet ‘interface’ that makes keeping tabs on my money - and spending - quite pleasant. And the lack of High St branches is surprisingly - a non-issue. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
