Cash bank plus customer service with a difference

I’ve had a CPB card for a few months and it’s all been a smooth and simple process. Never had a problem using the card. They let you use cash if you need it. I phoned customer service a few times and this was different to usual card experiences. I didn’t have to go on a chat and speak to a robot. They answered every time and were polite and efficient and gave me the information I needed. Like I said simple to use and different. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
