Excellent Customer Service

Bamboo Loans are an exceptional personal loan provider, always ensuring that loans are affordable and manageable for their clients. My personal interaction with their customer service team when wishing to pay off a l7mp sum and reduce overheads was excellent. I had just paid off the lump sum when they contacted me to offer flexibility and support to meet my needs. I felt this was an exceptional service to offer. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2022

Quick, efficient and User friendly

Had a loan with them which was a quick and easy application process. A few months in I was in a position to pay off a lump sum off it and did so online. Company Rep called me the same day to discuss my payment, review the remainder of my loan and to see what was the best the company could do to support me. As it was I rescheduled at a lower monthly payment and lower interest. Felt the service was about me and not about the Company. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022
