When I took out the mortgage, they didn’t explain the interest rate correctly, and when I got into trouble as we all did over the Covid period they wouldn’t reduce the interest rate from 8.9% when everyone else was on around 2 to 4%. They’re awful people Legalised Loan Sharks

It’s so easy to use their app and relatively cheaper than other banks. You can also easily talk to customer service and they are so helpful.
