Fabulous

I’ve always had different pots of money to save for different things but have always had to maintain spreadsheets to do it. Now I don’t have to. And making an online purchase safely by approving it in my app - fantastic. And other high street banks have only just caught on to this whilst Stirling have been doing it all along. Finally, I had a query regarding an online refund and their customer service team sorted the problem out in a flash via chat. I’ve used chat with other high street banks and the delay time between messages was incredibly painful. Would I recommend to others? - yes and I do this all the time which I have never done with any other bank I’ve been with. Bravo Stirling Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
