Really unhelpful

I have a really good credit rating, I’ve been banking with them for a couple of years now, and I have a business account for my consulting work with a healthy turnover. They go sniffy with me, asked questions to which they have all the answers if they bothered to look at my accounts, and did a hard credit search when I asked for an overdraft facility. I am now back to looking for a branch bank with a UK call centre Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
