Super simple setup, convenient to save, but slow

Saving has never been easier. Plum automatically checks how much you can afford to save and does the work for you. Lovely and it works so well. That said, Plum didn't manage to create a secure document upload service (sending passport photos over email is screaming for identity theft) but instead added a feature to switch utility companies??? Plum's a savings account, not a utility company. I'd rather Plum works on safety and stability first and then moves on to adding random features like utility comparisons.....
