Excellent customer service.

Nothing to much trouble very polite, knowledgeable staff. Recently joined online banking, which I had concerns about. But I was very impressed with the many levels of security on set up that you need to go through. And for access you have a simple password for your mobile which cant be saved on your device. If you forget your password, you just get taken through the easy steps only you know the answer to. Also when calling they now have voice recognition activated which is very impressive, they just ask you a couple of questions and computer does the rest. No more passwords to remember.
