Friendly, knowleageable and fast to reply

Easy to deal with

Zopa are a no nonsense, clearly understandable bank. Their app is very easy to use and if I have ever had to contact them on the 'phone they are always helpful, friendly and polite. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
