Great for Building Credit, But Watch the Interest!

I got the Vanquis card to help improve my credit score, and it definitely works for that. The app is easy to use, and I got a fairly quick approval. The credit limit started low, but they review it regularly, which helped me stay on top of my finances. One thing to be careful about is the high interest rate — it’s really only worth it if you pay off your balance in full each month. Overall, a useful tool if you’re trying to build or rebuild credit, as long as you use it responsibly. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
