I've banked with First Direct for approx 10yrs and I ahve never had any complaints. I'm confident my bank account and cards are secure using First Direct. I can speak to real people anytime of day & their customer service is consistently excellent. FD banking products are competitive and I feel like they look after their customers, I honestly can't see a reason I'd need to change banks Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
