Great friendly helpful staff. Great products. What is there not to like?

I called into the Northallerton Branch recently to open a Cash Isa (I already have other savings products with the Darlington). Warmly greeted by the friendly, helpful and efficient Anna. Having printed off the application in advance (and taken along suitable ID), opening the account was a breeze and I was later telephoned by one of Anna’s colleagues with the account details so I could link it into my Darlington on-line. The passbook and further information arrived in the post shortly afterwards. All very efficient. Very helpful and exactly what I needed. Also, as an armed forces veteran, it is pleasing to know that the Darlington Building Society is a signatory to an Armed Forces Corporate Covenant. Overall 10/10. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
