User friendly

Straight forward with easy to understand terms and conditions. Zopa, should be congratulated by keeping their interest rates low, and their understanding of customers needs high.

I simply went onto the Zopa site, answered a few questions on their online application form and the money was in my account in around an hour’s time. It was so easy and so appealing because they offered such good affordable repayments that it made the decision to go ahead with the loan a very simple decision. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
