I originally joined Clockwise when I needed a loan, and the whole process was straightforward, supportive and easy to understand. I have now fully paid the loan off, but I was so happy with the service that I still use my Clockwise account to have my Child Benefit paid into. It has helped me manage my money more clearly and keep certain payments separate, which makes budgeting much easier. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and non-judgmental, and I have always felt like a valued member rather than just a customer. I would definitely recommend Clockwise to anyone looking for a trustworthy credit union, whether they need help with borrowing, saving or simply want a useful account for managing their money.
