They are honest and will give good advise on a personal level even if it’s not what you want to here. That has made me aware of my spending habits. I now pay off my card monthly. Having been with Zopa for quite a while, both with a loan and a credit card, I find their information platform excellent. Always know exactly where you are with any product. Updates on spending is daily. I’ve been round the block with finances, Zopa is up there with the best. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
