Home insurance as it should be.

After several years with another insurance company, never having made a claim and having our premiums rocket every year I shopped around and found NFU. Their quote was about half of what I had previously been paying and a friend recommended them. Over the four years that I have been with them they have only increased premiums by amounts that barely cover inflation and last year I actually had to make a claim. It was the first time in over 40 years of holding home insurance that I have had to make a claim, the claim amounted to £600. The claim process was so easy, no form filling, the agent in the local office handled it all for me and the pay out was very quick. Well done NFU, I'm a convert and will stay with you for many years. NFU There when needed.

This is a customer focussed insurance company. We had to make our first ever claim last summer, we could not believe how easy & simple the claim process was. Full payment came through really quickly in good time to pay the repair bills. Reviewed on: 31st December 2017
