Poor Customer Service

Absolutely the worst experience. Customer support is ineffectual and slow to respond, constant transaction verification checks, glitchy app issues and the first card they sent me had to be binned as they neglected to include the account number. Have now switched my daily banking to another bank but keep Starling for paying in cheques. That is really all Starling are useful for. Surprised they're even in contention for this award.
