Best customer service

I have multiple account types with Zopa - current account, credit card and savings. Zopa is hands down one of the best online banking options that I have used, their team are understanding and when I was not satisfied with an outcome they ensured that the final resolution was a positive one. I would definitely recommend any financial product by them, from genuine first hand experience. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

A modern day loan

This is my second loan from Zopa, they make the process from application to monthly payments to the final instalment so easy. The app is simple to use and provides you with all the information that you could want to view, in addition to this I have started using their other financial services (Credit card and savings) following the great experience I have had with Zopa and I hope they will open a current account soon. I would not hesitate to recommend Zopa to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st April 2022
