Easy switch and great service.

Having been with Barclays for over 30 I recently became frustrated with their closing of branches and 100% worst telephone banking system. I made a test call one day to starling's account line and was speaking with someone within 30 seconds. It was an easy decision to switch from there. Starling made my account switch super easy, and it completed writing about a week. I didn't have to do anything. Since then the phone app and desktop browser interface have been so easy to use. I also love how easy it was too get my debit card working for payments on my phone when the Barclays card never worked. Great job, Starling! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2022
