Always helpful

If I’ve needed to use the online chat, always got an immediate result. I had to visit a bricks and mortar bank this week to hand in a standing order form on behalf of one of their customers. It was like stepping back into the dark ages. Waiting and waiting and waiting then being confronted by a rude chap who muttered something like “come round here” and stared at the form with a bemused glazed look and had to find “my manager” to get help. I left feeling smug that, for me, those days are long gone. Get real people. Get Starling. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2022
