In this day & age it is so wonderful to (a) get through on the phone without it ringing for hours & (b) to speak to a real person* without going through endless hoops. *who knows what they are talking about! Reviewed on: 30th June 2022

Initial contact not good. Agent irritated I was asking questions about a downloadable document's contents. The letter is v. difficult to read - grey on white and small print. Subsequent phone conversation with Jon Sweating was excellent. Reviewed on: 30th June 2022

Reply from Bath Building Society Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your initial irritation but am glad that Jon was able to then assist you. Not having brilliant eye sight myself, small fonts and inappropriate font colours is one of my pet hates and we are trying to eliminate this from all of our paperwork and our website etc. We may have some way to go but we are working on it.
