Convenience, can use passbook, don't want to use online Locatoin - wouldn't use you if Midsommer Norton Branch closed Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Customer service - very good & kind. Unfortunately online access issues from the start and incorrectly addressed letter with account information, addresses, etc put doubt whether I had made the rigth choices Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Online registereing - I seem to be able to only put one nominated account for withdrawal purposes. I opened two Trust accounts Reviewed on: 31st March 2022
