I like being able to visit office and meet and discuss requirements with them, i.e. meet a real human person (in person). Reviewed on: 30th May 2024

Attracted by interest rate on offer. But when I asked for an application form there was some reluctance to send me one, "print off from website". I have never known a BS reluctant to send a form. Gave my address and when form arrived it was tricky to read as it bore my next door neighbour's address, not mine, including his house number. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
