Mixed benefits

Dragonpass poor; travel booking service staffed by people who know little about the services they sell - for example, no-one can tell me cancellation policy on car hire. Good: travel and car breakdown insurance (only had to use latter). And is it me, or do all these glowing reviews about the app (does it also make tea?) sound somewhat similar?
