DO NOT USE

Don’t be fooled by a market leading rate, these lot are worse than useless. You’d be better stuffing any savings into your mattress as I wouldn’t trust Shawbrook to make me a cuppa let alone look after my money. After 7 and a half weeks of incompetence I’ve blocked my transfer in request from my current provider and gone elsewhere. Would recommend a slightly compromised interest rate with a bank who knows that they are doing rather than endless hassle with Shawbrook. Reviewed on: 9th May 2022
