NOT DESERVING OF ONE STAR

What a shambolic organisation. Filled in the online form a week later the initial paperwork arrived....requesting the normal history - address, two months of bank statements etc which need to be uploaded through their Portal except you can only upload five documents a day...!!! Gave up spent nearly £20 at the Post Office having documents verified and sending next day recorded delivery. One week later still nothing. They can't possibly tell me when they may reach their decision - perhaps next year....DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE Reviewed on: 17th May 2022
