Never had anything negative to say, they've actioned my requests accordingly, explained when they couldn't. I've only had positive interactions since I opened an account about 10 years ago, during a time of absolute need. I continued to use then for convenience and now I'm at a stage where I don't need their help as such, I'm still saving with them. Couldn't fault them. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026
