Great service and interest free overdraft

Always great service either over the Phone or Online. Great account that has a £250 fee free overdraft facility and suits my needs perfectly. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 9th February 2020

Fantastic, friendly service

I have had an account with First direct for around 6 Years now and have found the 1st account fits my needs perfectly. The account comes with a £250 fee free overdraft facility that takes away the worry of going slightly overdrawn and incurring fees. When I have called their Customer service department , I have always found them a pleasure to deal with and they deal with the enquiry promptly every time . Great account, excellent service. Friendly , hassle-free banking

A great account supplied by an excellent company. The first account comes with a £250 fee free overdraft and the facility to use another £250 without arrangement. Customer services are only a phone call away and have always been polite and very efficient in dealing with any queries/problems. They have generous offers to persuade people to switch to this account so I'd highly recommend anyone to make the change now, you wont regret it . Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018
