Professionalism in Customers Services

I have had the privilege of dealing with a lot of organisation in both my working life and in private. I have had the opportunity to speak with representatives of financial institution, banks, private and public organisation. In all my experience as a former customer service manager myself, my experience with the Manchester cooperative society customer service and handling is the most significant giving the many challenges faced by the nature of their jobs. The staff of MCS are well trained, mannered, and very helpful you would take them to be staff of a first rated organisation. In all my dealing with them in the past, i was thrilled by the customer service approach adopted while dealing with my issues. I was financially constrained when I got a loan from them but the constant re-assurance of the staff contributed immensely to get me back on track. Thank you MCS- Customer service.
