Excellent service by excellent staff

Always lovely and understand staff. Very speedy but thorough service. Processess are simple and easy to complete, but if you don't understand something, customer service are great and always available to help explain anything you can't complete by yourself. I've been using Manchester Credit Union for over 10 years and i can't fault them! Reviewed on: 3rd July 2025

Responsible, Reliable and Dependable

Very helpful service, they never lend more than i can afford to pay back. They are a lifeline to me as i cannot save money in the traditional sense, so for Christmas i always know i will have money to spend. Reviewed on: 18th May 2022
