They are quick at making decisions or asking for more information if needed. They are very fair when assessing applications and I find even with bad credit you have a chance. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026

Great service

Manchester credit union gives options to single parents who may not have the best credit rating, as they know they can trust the child benefit repayments. I've recommended them to several other mums, and was told by a fellow mum about it myself. It has been a life saver. Reviewed on: 18th May 2022
