People-centric

The understanding, respect and compassion for other people from this organisation is so far above and beyond any other financial institution I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Regardless of the lending decision, everyone is treated as a human being and not just an opportunity. I love that they helped me to escape from the clutches of other organisations in the business of profiting from misery. They were my way out and have had a massive impact on my life.
