Waste of time and money, worst customer service

one hour on the phone to file a claim, spoken to 11 people because I am keep getting transferred after asking not to me, I have been disconnected 2x, still calm and respectful to all the reps but they keep transferring me. its impossible to cancel as well. I will have to call my CC b/c they refuse to cancel the service Reviewed on: 19th May 2022
