Great building society.

Great building society. Could do with opening and closing hours extended as I work full time and getting there on a Saturday morning is hard as I am a carer for my mum. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

...I wouldn't have coped

Without payplan I wouldn't have managed, I would be drowning in a sea of envelopes coming through the door, constant calls from creditors, hiding from the post man, hiding letters from family, payplan saved my life, my sanity, I was able to hold my head up. Debt can happen to anyone, I am so glad they were there to guide and help me. I would recommend their service 100 times over to others I can't thank them enough. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
