Sympathetic and professional

At a time where I didn't know how I would make it to the next payday and where on earth I would find the money for food let alone cover my debts I was referred to payplan. My mum had just died, my son and I were made redundant and I really couldn't see a way forward. Speaking to the wonderful staff at payplan gave me hope. They were sympathetic and didn't judge how I had got into such a mess. My only regret is that I should have contacted sooner as I can finally sleep at night. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
