Right from initial contact Payplan have been exceptional. They have supported me in setting up a debt management solution during a really difficult time for me personally. I do not know what I would do without them, nothing is ever too much trouble and it is easy to contact them at any time via email, text, WhatsApp or PayPlan Plus. Would highly recommend.
