After finding myself in a position that I could no longer continue I contacted Payplan and right from the start the people I spoke to put my mind at ease and were friendly and most of all understanding and really supportive throughout going through every detail and telling what will happen until finally being told my IVA has been approved. This made me tearful and hugely relieved that I was approved and can't thank all the people who I spoke to and sorted out my IVA enough.
