A Brighter Future

I was a little wary of contacting PayPlan at first as it would mean confronting and acknowledging our current financial situation which was already causing anxiety and sleepless nights. During and after my first call to PayPlan, I felt much more optimistic about the management of our debts and a way forward, not only for the immediate resolution but also to monitor and manage future spending. My main concern was making contact with creditors as I expected some confrontation and would have to repeatedly explain my health issues preventing me to return to my job right now. PayPlan really have put my mind in a better place and have offered excellent advice, guidance and support through telephone calls, emails and providing documents to refer to. I very much look forward to maintaining a close relationship throughout this process and afterwards. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
