Supportive, friendly and reassuring

I have never been in this position before. I had overstretched myself helping family and juggling to make sure everything was being paid as want to pay my debts. I rang one organisation which were pushing me to go bankrupt so wouldn’t have to pay it all back. It made me feel like a criminal that wasn’t going to pay my debts. PayPlan however, we’re totally different. They explained everything and helped me come to a solution I was happy with. They were not judgemental and have been very supportive when I have contacted them with queries. When it was all set up I felt I could actually breath again for first time in a long time.
