A Big Hug

Prior to working with Pay Plan I was feeling sad, overwhelmed, stressed and feeling there was no way out of the pit. Pay Plan listened to me whilst I cried and tried to explain my dire situation, they never once judged or told me they could not help and support me. The whole process was calm, quick and very easy to understand. Since having my IVA in place I have found it very easy to contact my adviser, make changes to my plan and submit reviews to my account. Thank goodness for Pay Plan, I'm not sure I would still have a roof over my head if it wasn't for their timely intervention. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
