Relieving the mental pressure of debt.

I had to reach out to Pay plan when I was in a desperate situation. Having recently experienced a relationship breakdown off the back of physical and mental health problems. I was afraid of opening letters from the bank, loan and credit card companies that I had easily been able to afford prior to having to give up my job role. Now reliant on benefits and going through the steps to get disability benefits I was stretched the limit with life, let alone with the debts lurking behind every post delivery, email or ring at the doorbell fearing bailiffs. Speaking to Payplan put my mind at ease that these issues could be dealt with. I would have to face up to practical budgets, but there was a way through. Once there was an agreed payment plan in place I just had to make those payments and there was instant relief from the mental pressure that the debts had put on top of me. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
