My Payplan experience

When a free debt management service refused to support me, my bank suggested Payplan. My anxiety levels had me pretty stressed at the time but the staff at Payplan were helpful, supportive, non judgemental and processed the plan with ease and speed. I now have peace of mind that my debts are on track and my payment plan is reviewed annually. My only regret is I didn't use them sooner as I could have saved myself much stress, money and my credit score would have been kept in reasonable condition. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
