Great support of team and service

It’s been a few years, since I started my DWP with PayPlan. They truly gave me a piece of mind! I had previously sleepless nights and panic attacks during the day because of my debts and never ending post from my creditors. However, from day 1, they were extremely patient with me, explained options and the whole process. After providing them with my financial and budgeting details they proposed an affordable payment plan to all of my creditors. Now I sleep better, panic attacks are gone, along with letters and constant phone calls from creditors as all the correspondence is through PayPlan and they are sorting everything out with the creditors on my behalf. All I need to do is to update my financial situation annually, but that’s easy and straight forward, as PayPlan has created customer friendly online service, that takes literally 10min of your time if you have drafted all the details before completing financial statement. I would strongly recommended PayPlan services to anyone who is struggling like I did in the past and who wish to see brighter future. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
