Excellent Customer Service

I suffer with really bad Anxiety, Depression & PTSD due to Domestic Violence’s & on really bad days I will buy random things & apply for credit cards etc. I don’t open my letters, emails or answer the phone for days & sometimes even weeks. My daughter ( 14. ) sat me down & said mum, let’s sort this out together, & get help with the bills. I rang up PayPlan & explained my situation, about my mental health, DV etc & they were ever so nice, didn’t judge me, listened & made me feel at ease. They explained everything, & I was surprised how quick they helped me. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
