I've been with Payplan for a number of years after getting myself into a mess financially. I didn't think there was a way out of the mess I'd got into but they were so understanding, and really alleviated my concerns. Their support and guidance has been consistent over the years and they were really supportive when I was going through a bit if a bumpy patch. They're always happy to listen and will do everything they can to come up with the best solution for you. I have regular assessments to make sure my payments are still affordable and that I'm on the best plan for me. Honestly, I wish I'd known about Payplan earlier, I'd have saved myself a lot of stress and worry. Reviewed on: 20th May 2022
